    Hi

    I have been configuring W3 Total Cache with WPTouch. I miss read the configuration instructions and copy and paste the wrong list of rejected users. I am now not able to access the website on any browser and cannot log into the admin to remove the list. Is there anything that can be done to reverse this?

  • jump into ftp or file manager and do it by hand.
    Alternatively jump into mySql database, search for your web visible ip address via a gobal search and remove the entry. That will get you back in. However, its possible the blocking is being done in your htaccess file or being written to a file..that is where u’d use ftp/file manager.
