Configuration details disappear when adding confirmation info

Hi, Firstly can I start by saying this is exactly what I need and I thank you for it.

I have a problem as follows…

When I add a confirmation email (Confirmation email = Yes and add email text) and update the configuration settings, I lose all the configuration data.

Any ideas?
