Configuration Error But No Validation Code

I created a simple form using the latest version of Contact Form 7. Once it was completed, I found that I have a configuration error showing but when I check the form itself carefully, I am not finding a validation code that would allow me to pin-point the problem so that it can be fixed.

How can I locate the validation code in order to know what the problem is and where it is located in order to fix it?
