Configuration of osTicket WP Bridge 1.9.2

How to configure osTicket WP Bridge 1.9.2 with wordpress 4.0?
Is there any documentation for the configuration of osTicket WP Bridge so that i can follow the steps and configure this plugin.
I treid to configure osTicket WP Bridge 1.9.2 with wordpress 4.0 but is not working properly and in admin side when i click on Support Tickets tab it gives warning to me-> Warning: 1 or more of your email templates is not setup ? Click Here
When i saw error log it was giving some database errors so what is the proble exactly ?
And why do we require osTicket 1.8.1 or the new one ? What is the relation between osTicket WP Bridge 1.9.2 and osTicket 1.8.1 or the newer version ?
Only osTicket WP Bridge plugin is not sufficient to run os ticket system in wordpress.
Please some one help me.
