Configuration Problem with DropDowns (across all Plugin pages)

I am using Mac OS 10.15.3 and it happens in latest versions of Chrome and Safari.

Errors:
1 – Select items change and even disappear – effectively disabling the ability to choose the correct option (shown in videos 1 and 2)

2 – The search/autocomplete does loads options – but layered one on top the other – effectively disabling ability to choose correct option (shown in videos 2 and 3)

Thank you for the videos. Those were really helpful in making us understand the issue. It seems that there is some kind of plugin conflict that is causing the issue. To be precise, it seems to be a javascript conflict that is causing the issue.
Please deactivate all other plugins and see if the issue exists or not. I am sure that the issue will be gone. Next, activate the plugins one by one and see which plugin is causing the issue.

Seems there is a conflict with BadgeOS (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/badgeos/)

With this plugin deactivated the problem goes away.
