Configuration Screen Greyed Out

    Wordpress Version: 5.9.3
    PHP Version: 7.4.7
    Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu)
    Plugin Version: 2.3.3

    I believe the plugin may still be working, however the configuration screen is greyed out and it is not possible to view or change anything. To troubleshoot this issue, I completely removed it and did a clean plugin install. Once I had my configuration in and users authenticating, the config screen went grey again.
    I have turned off every other plugin I have with no change. I have this same setup on another site but the versions are slightly older. I’m not having any issues there and they are authenticating to the same AD server. Any help is appreciated.
