configure another (base) url

Is it possible to render the buttons with a custom url? My frontpage is setup with page widgets. The plugin renders the buttons with an url like: https://website.com/widget-page-name.

What I want is just the url: https://website.com/ if possible renderable with a shortcode.

Is that possible?
