configure any insta feed with free version?

    Hi!

    I activated Smash Balloon Instagram Feed plugin on a test website of mine and tried to create an instagram feed on that website.
    It seems like the email addy of the currently logged in user is relevant for the source, I cannot add any other instagram account′s feed.

    Is that by design for the free version?
    Or am I being stupid?

    Hi Markus,

    Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. If you have more than one Instagram account connected with the single login feature, you would need to use our guide here to disable the single login feature and allow you to select the correct account: https://smashballoon.com/doc/i-cant-switch-accounts-and-connect-a-second-instagram-account/

    If you use separate email addresses to log into the accounts, I would suggest logging into WordPress in an incognito/private window to ensure that your currently logged-in Instagram account doesn’t affect the process and you will be able to log in to the correct account.
