Configure pages that come next in the queue

    Hi:

    This sound like a really great plugin. But, I was wondering if it was possible to configure things based on the page name or id. I would like to be able to specify which urls to prerender based on the page name. For example, in the home page I would want to prerender the most likely set of pages the user would navigate to next (based on experience of course). The same for every other page.

    PS: A really great extension for this would be auto-learning. The plugin sits on the site and learns which pages are the most called for from each page of a site and over time configures itself to prerender those pages. I would pay good money for this kind of functionality!

    Hey elindydotcom!

    We’re currently working on improving the automatic prerendering. You have some great ideas that we will look into.

    Meanwhile, if you’re comfortable with a bit of PHP code, you can accomplish what you are suggesting with this snippet:

    add_filter('wpinstant_prerendered_urls', function($urls) {
	if ( is_front_page() ) {
		$posts = array( 1,2,3);
		foreach($posts as $post) {
			$permalink = get_permalink( $post );
			if($permalink) {
				$urls[] = $permalink;
			}
		}
	}
	return $urls;
});

    This example snippet will preload the posts with ID = 1, 2 and 3 if you are currently on the front page.
