Configure Post Excerpt Text (Remove Post Title & Category)

Hi all,

I’m working on this page at the moment

I want to remove the post title and category name which seems to appear by default ahead of the post excerpt text (e.g. see first grey post excerpt box: I want to remove the “Eat & Drink THE MOST COZY CAFE IN GUANGZHOU “)

I’ve tried inserting the following code to the Page’s CSS using Visual Composer, and also the the Theme > Customise > CSS box but it doesn’t seem to be working
.category .page-header { display: none; }
.page .entry-title { display: none; }

Any other ideas??
