“Configure” settings not working at ALL

Hello,

This is my third attempt at submitting a post here to try and get some assistance, as well as configuring the statistics. This is what I am trying to do, and I want to know where I should implement these, ive watched the tutorials a minimum of 5 times each to try and figure it all out but it’s just not working.

Event Outcomes:
Win / Loss – These are just fine

Event Results:
Round score/maps score – These are good as well, as I used the CSGO content. Not exactly what I want but will suffice.

Player Performance:
Kills / Deaths – These are the only things I need to come from matches for player stats HOWEVER, when I input their scores for these matches, it will auto update to their profile but will NOT add any other games. So if they got 5 kills the 1st match up, 10 kills in the following weeks matchup it should show on their profile 15 kills overall…but it will still show just 5….PLUS, it does not indicate on their profile when their team gets a win, that the player has also won a game and I NEED that to show.

Table Columns:
GP (gamesplayed) / W (win) / L (loss) – These are just fine. I eventually want their to be more but will suffice for now

Player Metrics:
Not important for this issue, I understand what these do

Player Statistics
WLR = Win/Loss ratio , equation = mapscorefor / mapscore against
MWLR = Map win/loss ratio, equation = roundscorefor / roundscore against
KDR = Kill / death ratio, equation = kills / deaths

I want to have all of these metrics on a players profile:
GP – Games played (total amount of matches they have participated in)
GW – Games won (total amount of matches they have won)
GL – Games lost (total amount of matches they have lost)
MP – Maps played (how many maps they have played which is MW + ML)
MW – Maps won (how many maps they have won)
ML – Maps lost (how many maps they have lost)
K – Kills (how many kills they have gotten)
D – Deaths (how many deaths they have gotten)
WLR – Win/Loss ratio (A ratio calculated by how many wins they have divided by how many losses)
MWLR – Map Win/Loss ratio (A ratio calculated by how many map wins they have divided by how many losses)
KDR – Kill/Death ratio (A ratio calculated by how many kills they have divided by how many deaths)

Outcomes of games

– Best of 3 matches = total of 3 maps per match, this is where I want the map win/loss to come in

– If you win 2 maps, that counts as ONE win and ONE game played (if you lose, counts as ONE loss and ONE game played)

So please kindly, can someone help? I want to upgrade to the pro version of sportspress in the next 2 months but if I can’t get support on this then there’s absolutely no point. I can also appreciate the tutorial videos, most of them are great and the idea of having them makes it a lot easier but the only thing that failed is EXPLAINING the configure settings thoroughly such as saying “If you change this formula, it will affect here, and if you create a setting here it will reflect up here”. Other than that, great platform, love the idea and hopefully get to pursue it.
