from the given screenshot we can not see any option checked.
if you already checked options, please send us your site url and the template you use.

I never got notification of your reply. I kept looking for it. How was I supposed to know you had replied?

I just checked out my screenshots and I see a lot of relevant options checked. Which ones am I missing?

you can get email notifications from WordPress Support Forums, by clicking the checkbox ”Notify me of follow-up posts via email”, under the comment box.

Yes, I did have that checked. That’s how I got the email that the ticket was closed.

This is from add to any plugin. I turned it off. The client was wanting to go live but I’ve got it turned off now. Sorry for the confusion.
