Configuring exceptions

Hi!

I have already looked at these articles:

But I don’t quite understand how to exclude all URLs starting with /p-… or /p/….

That is, the full URLs in the inspector are:
/p-any-thing-else/?wc-ajax=…..
/p-other-thing/?wc-ajax=…..
/p-any-other/?wc-ajax=…..

/p/any-thing-else/?wc-ajax=…..
/p/other-thing/?wc-ajax=…..

Therefore, what I want to exclude are all URLs that start with:
/p-…
/p/…

How could I do it?
