    I apologize for the delay in responding. Somehow this support request slipped by unnoticed.

    No, there’s no way to confirm or reject bookings unless you’re logged in. If you’re using a device for your in-house staff (iPad, laptop, phone), I’d recommend you set up a staff account on your site and assign them the Booking Manager role.

    Then they can stay logged in on the device to manage bookings, but won’t be able to access other parts of your site.
