    After customer opt in to my mailing list, there isn’t a double opt in mail sent to them.

    I had to manually click resend, but it only worked for 1 out of 2 emails I tried.

    Any ways to resolve this?

    If you’re sending your emails with our own sending method, the double opt-in is enabled by default. Are you using a third-party sending method or ours?

    Can you also let us know what’s the URL of your site? So we can take a look at your account.

    Hiya, I also have the same problem.

    The Subscriber does not receive a Confirmation Email to allow them to double opt-in.

    I am using the Mailpoet3 sending method.
