confirmation and emails to not working

This is the same issue as what Bethany posted, I think, but I want to post some more details and make sure that it is clear.
I have not received any emails at the addresses specified in the “Email” section under “Email(s) to:”. Also, no one using the form has received a confirmation email since about then end of March or so. You can test this on our website by filling out the form at:
https://www.quakercenter.org/programs/register/
I’m wondering if you uploaded a new version that broke something because this problem seems to have developed out of nowhere.
