Confirmation e-mail don't have active link

  • Have you tried momentarily change your current theme and do a test? This can be a conflict with your current active theme.

    Hi
    I now that is a conflict with my current theme. The question is if I can resolve the problem in some way? It is premium theme, I wrote to author but he answered me that he don’t checked his theme with any plugin.
    I’ve checked another newsletter plugin (MyMail) and it works great with that theme.
    Any advice?
