Confirmation e-mail not sent, Bulk resend not available

Hey,

I got the same problem as this user: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/confirmation-email-not-sent-and-bulk-confirmation-deactivated/

We are using MailPoet as sending service. But for some reason new subscribers don’t receive the double opt in confirmation email!

Also resend confirmation email is not available in the bulk options. We got 200+ unconfirmed subscribers. You can’t really expect users to click “resend confirmation email” 200+ times … ?!
