Confirmation e-mail to multiple receivers in the Fast Secure Contact Form

I am using the FS form for problem reports made by employees at different houses throughout the country. Each city has several houses and one manager per city. I use one separate FS-form for each city.
I would like to automatic send one confirmation to the reporting person and a copy of the confirmation to his/her manager. The reporting person can vary, but the manager is only one per city.
Is this possible? How do I do it?
