Confirmation email button redirects to random URL

  • Hello,

    I have a very annoying problem. I created a form and configured it from the settings (see settings below in the picture), I activated double-opt-in, it reaches the email with the chosen template, but when I press the confirmation button, it redirects me to a random link from the site and the subscription is not recorded in the platform. Please help me with this bug.
