Confirmation email is not getting send

    I have installed S2member Version 140725 and WordPress 3.9.2 in sandbox mode I am receiving email from my site with link to registration page but on live mode I am not receiving any emails. I have changed the email template completely to my own, also installed email log plugin to see if any email getting send from word press but shows empthy.
    please help me to solve this problem, site is live and my client is not happy.
