confirmation email recieved but new newsletter member not in list

    Hello!
    I have been working with mailpoet for some months now and I have got 268 confirmed members in my newsletter. This just to proof it did work once.

    Yesterday I recieved two emails to confirm a new newsletter member, but they are not in my list. I checked the welcome emails and found some more welcome emails have been sent, but I didnt recieve confirmation emails for this emembers and they are not in my list either.

    I tried to register for the newsletter myself. A few hours ago I would recieve a confirmation link via the automatic email, I could click it and would get a confirmation email(new newsletter user registered)…but the user(myself) didnt show up in the list and the welcome mail didnt come…

    I tried again a few minutes ago and now I didnt even recieve the cofirmation link…

    what do I need to do now?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I used a subscription form at the bottom of your homepage and subscribed my test user. Then, I confirmed my subscription and received a Welcome email. Can you please check if my test user (MailPoet Test) was added as Subscribed to your list?

    Is this the same form you used for your testing?
