Confirmation Email Template

Hi,
Even when I change the template email sent when a ticket is processing, this email is not sent with this new template (image + new text), the customer receive the same default confirmation email:Attendee Name:XXXX
Event Name: YYYYY
Ticket Type: Free
Event Date: January 12, 2022
Start Time: 11:30 am
Full DateTime: January 12, 2022 11:30 amI tried to flush caché but still is not working. Could you give me a light on this?
