    Hi,
Even when I change the template email sent when a ticket is processing, this email is not sent with this new template (image + new text), the customer receive the same default confirmation email:

    Attendee Name:XXXX
    Event Name: YYYYY
    Ticket Type: Free
    Event Date: January 12, 2022
    Start Time: 11:30 am
    Full DateTime: January 12, 2022 11:30 am

I tried to flush caché but still is not working. Could you give me a light on this?
    Thank you.
    L

There are two emails sent to the customer after the successful order is placed. one is from the basic version and another one is from the PDF ticket addon.

the basic version has a global email content part in the event setting and a particular email content part in every event detail. If there is no email content in the event details part the global email content will send to the customer.

Now please check you set which email content with images + new text.

If you add this in particular event details part and still the global email is sent to the customer. I suggest you please open a support ticket in our PRO support forum on our website. So the development team will directly assist you to fix this issue quickly.

    Thanks & Regards.

Thank you so much for your response, effectively there is a email text section in the event settings that was filled out by default. When I remove all the default text in this section, global default email was sent as expected.
