    Hey,

    thanks for the great plugin!

Apparently there as an issue with Germanized handling URLs with Umlauts in the Shop-Emails. Example: Order confirmation email, line at the bottom: “Vielen Dank, dass Sie “XYZ” verwenden”. Please have a look at this screenshot of the Email html:

Any hints on how to fix this?

    Thanks so much!

    Kind regards
    Meike

    Hi Meike,

Germanized does not output that info (it is being generated by Woo core). Seems like you are using an Umlaut-Domain. Woo does not adjust that domain but outputs it the way you’ve stored it within your WP settings.

    Cheers

Hey, thanks for the quick and useful reply!

May I still ask if that means that there is a way to store the domain name in the WP settings in a way that Woo can put it out correctly?

    Would be grateful. Thx!

    cheers

    Hi there,

well I’ll guess that you’ve stored your domain without the umlauts using the ACE-String (see: https://www.denic.de/service/tools/idn-web-converter/). This is the way the domain is printed. You might want to check your WP settings.

    Cheers

    Hey there,

    thanks for yur support!

Turns out it’s all easily changed to whichever individual text one desires in the WOO Email settings. ??

    Cheers, all the best!
