Confirmation Emails not being sent

    Hello, I am having no luck with the automated emails with Mailpoet in my WordPress. I have people signing up for my event and they do not receive the confirmation email. Without this all is avail!

    My account was fine and since two days I am PENDING APPROVAL.

    What is wrong?

    I am using an email ending with my email domain.

    I have checked with my Host (Strato) and they confirm all of my settings with them ensure free sailing with MailPoet. I am very frustrated, as I received an email reply from MP service on Monday saying they would contact me. I really need help.
