Confirmation emails not going out

With the new version of Buddy Press, the confirmation emails are no longer going out. According to Buddy Press, they believe it is your plugin that is causing the problem. Our site is rotarymeansbusiness.com. Could you please check this out and let me know if you plan to do an update?
