    Hello, I have just installed MP on my site. I have confirmed the sending email address for my site — it shows confirmed in my account console. I am using version 3 of PM. I’m testing on Firefox browser.

    I am attempting to get the few (7) WP users on my site confirmed, by manually re-sending their confirmation email. But none of them have received it. (I am one of them — I’ve gotten nothing) So I can’t send my test email to anyone, as I have no confirmed users. How do I resolve this?

    Although this appears on the send page “You’ll soon be able to send once our team reviews your account. In the meantime, you can send previews to your authorized emails.” I am not able to send previews to my authorized email. I do not understand the “account review”, when my sending emails have already been confirmed through the automated process.

  • Hi there @gregorybeyer,

    I see that your subscription for MailPoet Sending Service wasn’t approved by our team.

    You can still use the MailPoet plugin by selecting a third-party sending method (Other) in MailPoet > Settings > The Send With Tab.
