Confirmation emails not sending.

Hello.

I ran a contest last week and Contesthopper worked awesome. This week it is not sending the confirmation emails and the opt in emails. So I turned it off in hopes that the count would then show correctly. But the count is not accurate.

Why are the emails not going out. This is a really short contest and I need it to work ??
