Confirmation like “Thanks for registering”

    Can someone please help me.

    When a user registers on my registration page, it does nothing but refresh the page. I want to have some kind of a confirmation so they know their registration went through.

    For example – after someone clicks register with all the fields properly filled out – it says ‘Thanks for registering’ or something like that.

    How can I do this?

    Hi @admindroidturf,

    You can create a new page with a confirmation message and redirect new users to this page.
    Please go to your role settings e.g. Member or Subscriber and under the Registration options select “Action to be taken after registration – Redirect to URL” and add your page URL.

    Hi @admindroidturf,

    Please go to Ultimate Member->User Roles->Your default registration role->Edit->Registration Options->Action to be taken after registration inside your dasboard and set the url of your thank you page there.

    Is there another way? Like a pop up or a message that displays at the bottom?

    Problem is my site is on maintenance mode so all my pages automatically redirect to the homepage.

    Hi @admindroidturf,

    I’m afraid, there is no option to show this kind of message in the pop up in the current version of the plugin.

    Can I change the text that says “You are already registered”

    Hi @admindroidturf,

    Find this file class-shortcodes.php inside includes->core folder. Replace the text You are already registered” with your new text there. Plugin update will remove you change and you will need to do this again.

    When I update the plugin, will it remove my user data?
