Regarding the second issue, you are using cloudflare for your CDN. It is some kind of protective mechanism of theirs. Please get in touch with them and get it resolved.

Try the one that is easiest for you. If you have FTP access try that one first, else try the Phpmyadmin method.

The problem is the admin was make the acc with wollan.info email. So how to check emails from it?
