    Hi,

Is it possible to send the confirmation link to the customer, to ensure that their email is valid?

If so, can you please explain how, because as far as I can see, I have to provide a fixed destination address for ‘Pending notification emails’ and cannot enter the value #email#, because that throws an error.

    Thanks for your support.

    Chris

    Hi Chris,

you can do that. First of all you should have a custom field called email and mark option for sending the email to customers (inside EasyAppointments > Settings > Customize page) . After that just put #link_confirm# inside email template for pending status. Customer will receive email after creating the Appointment and after clicking on that link Appointment will be confirmed.

    Best regards,
    Nikola

    Thanks for the help Nikola.

When you say “mark option for sending the email to customers”, is that the field marked ‘Send email to user’?

BTW. I have a problem updating the Custom form fields on the customise page. I check the required checkbox and press save, but the field does not save. Also, I tried to change the ‘EMail’ form field to ‘Email’ and that didn’t save either. I was only able to make the changes via the database.
