Confirmation Links not working

    I have encountered a problem with SendPress: The Confirmation Links lead to nowhere. The confirmation email reads:

    CONFIRM BY VISITING THE LINK BELOW:

    *|SP:CONFIRMLINK|*

    Click the link above to give us permission to send you
    information. It’s fast and easy! If you cannot click the
    full URL above, please copy and paste it into your web
    browser.

    But when I have tested it, the links I receive look like https://www.sitename.com/sendpress/eyJpZCI6IjIwIiwibGlzdGlkcyI6IjI0OCIsInZpZXciOiJjb25maXJtIn0 or some other long string of letters and numbers. When I click on the link, it takes me to a page with just the site background, header, and footer (instead of a page containing thank you text) and the title “Nothing found for Sendpress eyJpZCI6IjIwIiwibGlzdGlkcyI6IjI0OCIsInZpZXciOiJjb25maXJtIn0”

    How do I get the confirmation link to work? I have already upgraded to the latest version of SendPress.
