    Last few weeks, after updating plugin or iCalc addon (not sure) my customers doesn’t get confirmation mail after they confirm time slot.

    Does anyone now anything about it?!

    Hi,

    I’ve just made a test on the indicated page and received the confirmation email without problems. Please test yourself with different email addresses (from different email services) to discard a case of a mail server blacklisted.

    Hi! I tested it, but it came with 45min delay…It works, but few days ago it came in 5 minutes and now 45…
    It’s not a subject but does anyone know is it posssible to unable to change order status to approved if that time slot is already taken… Thanks!

    Hi,

    That delay is in the involved email servers. You may consider using other outgoing email server to get a faster email delivery.

    You can change the status of others manually from the bookings orders list, however in that action the time availability isn’t verified again.
