Confirmation mail – Desable double opt-in

    Hello,

    I would like to use mail chimp for a form.
    It is important to disable double opt-in as it is not a form I will news for a newsletter but to collect information to provide a quote.

    I am using this plugin which allow to desable double opt-in.

    The only problem is that I do not receive an email when someone submit a form.
    It is very important for me to receive one.

    I read in the FAQ that it seems we can receive one. Did I understand well?
    Is there a solution to receive one?
