Confirmation mail ok – but the next mail never arrives

  • I just made a new list and during the save process I noticed (as some times before) that the mail I entered was not saved. First time I thought it was me, but second time I actually clicked and saved 5 time – but the mail still wasn’t saved. So I tried a third time and this time It was saved.

    But worse is – I signed up to my new list got the confirmation mail, confirmed and got the mail with a download link, but because the mail wasn’t saved the first time it was almost empty except for the link.

    So I deleted myself form the new list and signed up once more, got the confirmation mail, but the second mail (scheduled NOW) did not arrive. I tried this multiple times but the second mail stopped arriving. So I tried to sign up to an old list which I hadnt signed up to before, got the confirmation list but als? here I did NOT get a the second mail with the download link.

    A lot of my users has mailed me with that exact problem and I can se every time that happens the user has previously signed up to another list.

    Testing with only one shot at the download mail is impossible. I need that mail to arrive EVERY time. And my subscribers too.

    Previously I have gotten detailed instructions from ypu how to set this up and I have done this exactly as described. But still no second mail.

  SecFilterEngine Off
  SecFilterScanPOST Off
