Confirmation message not getting sent

  • Doesn’t’ seem to generate any bounce messages, any idea why it’s not getting sent?

    The payments go through ok.

  • Difficult to diagnose. It’s possible that your hosting is blocking the messages but without seeing the form I can’t really give much advice.

    Do you get the notification of payment?
