Confirmation message not working

    Hi,

    I’m currently using WPForms Lite and the confirmation message is not working. When users submit a form, I receive the email notification and it seems to be properly submitted but the user does not get the confirmation message so they think it’s not submitted and would submit multiple duplicates.

    I have enabled: Settings > General to select Enable AJAX form submission

    Hi @gherardo,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    If your Confirmation Type is set to Message in the form’s Confirmation settings, a message should display after form submission, as shown in our guide here.

    Since this isn’t working as expected for you, please share the URL where we can access your form. This will allow us to test and provide further information about the issue.
