Confirmation -> Page

  • When ‘Form Setting’ > ‘Confirmation’ is set to Page or Redirect; the form does not redirect to the set page (i.e. a ‘Thank You’ page).

    Also, I’d like to send only the PDF (with Password) and not the generated Gravity Notification information. In-other-words; the admin only receives the PDF file in email and nothing else, but I don’t see a way to do this which kind of defeats the Password Protected PDF when the form’s notification send all the information within the Email.

    Hi,

    Please try disable Gravity PDF and see if the Page or Redirect confirmations begin working. If they do not, the issue isn’t related to Gravity PDF and you’ll need to contact the Gravity Forms support team directly.

    As far as your notification issue goes, you just need to go to Form Settings > Notifications and remove the {all_fields} merge tag.

    Thanks for the help with the notifications; I’ll give that a try.

    The Page and/or redirect works fine until Gravity PDF is enabled. It sends the email with PDF and hangs there, no redirect at all.

    I get a green check mark on all settings; but if you see anything not right; here is the phpinfo.php link:

    BTW the whole site is behind an SSL Certificate… I’ve found many plugins that do not work well this way; perhaps this could be an issue?

    Can you set WP_DEBUG to true in your wp-config.php file, disable AJAX on your Gravity Form (it’s part of the shortcode options) and resubmit your form with the page or redirect confirmation methods set?

    It should show you the error being generated and help us pinpoint the problem.

    Will try as soon as my clients chosen host starts cooperating again… I think a lot of the issues I’ve had with this site is due to Network Solutions!

    Between Network Solutions an GoDaddy; I’m not sure who is worse!

    If I come up with anything I’ll be sure to post it here.
