Confirmation page not showing

    Dear,

    I’ve installed en configured the plugin correctly, but somehow when someone registers for a webinar the confirmation page won’t show up. It stays on an empty registration page. What’s going wrong here?

    What have you set in the plugin settings? Have you set it to redirect to a custom thank you page or not? Have you tried reauthenticating the plugin again. And when you say confirmation page do you mean thank you page or do you mean webinar registration page?
