Confirmation redirects to this weird link

This is a blank page with a big ” 0 “.I have the form nested in a page that is ajax loaded using Essential Grid.
I have a second form at the bottom of the page that works perfectly fine, but the one nested in the ajax page redirects to this weird link.
Could it be an ajax loading issue? Please advise. THanks!
