Confirmation Step does not work

Hello! If someone (un)subscribes from my website, they receive a confirmation email. However, when the subscriber clicks on the confirmation link in the mail, they are directed back to the subscribe page, with no additional feedback (You succesfully (un)subscribed, or something). This used to work, but now it doesn’t. Do you know why?
