Confirmation window gets cut and client can’t finish her payment

I have a problem with a plugin and I don’t know how to solve it. I already wrote to Sumup support but I didn’t get any useful information about it. :/ I hope you can help me here.So…
The client chooses the card as a payment method. Then she fills all the card information and clicks Pay Now. This is all ok.
But now the problem appears. The card confirmation form, where you have to click the button to get the confirmation code to your phone doesn’t open in a new fresh window.
It just opens in the same little window where it gets all cut. And on the phone, the button to send the confirmation code isn’t even visible because of that. Consequently, the client can finish her purchase… Can it be something done so that this card confirmation form would open in a new window?I hope you understand what I mean. It’s hard for me to explain it in English. I just wanted to ask if this is the problem with your plugin or is this a problem that I have to fix in Woocommerce?
I hope you can help me because I’m really desperate now. I have my website online for a month now and for all that time I’m waiting for this to be solved…
