    Hi,

Can you please check if this issue is occurring with WordPress 5.6, Yoast SEO for WordPress 15.4, and only a default theme such as TwentyTwenty, and the latest versions of Ultimate Addons and WP Bakery Page Builder enabled?

Just to be sure, we would like to rule out any plugin or theme conflicts that may occur. The fastest way to do this is to?deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme?like?Twenty Nineteen.?

Test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the?Health Check & Troubleshooting?plugin. This plugin allows you to run a conflict check?without affecting normal visitors to your site.

As we can imagine that you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process:?How to check for plugin conflicts.

In the video u can see it’s a fresh WP installation running only your plugin, WPBakery Page Builder and Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder … and the default WP THEME.

No more to say… there is a bug when your plugin is ON.

    Best.

    Hello,

We are unable to provide old versions of the Yoast SEO plugin.

If you’ve found a bug or conflict with another plugin and Yoast SEO, we track plugin compatibility issues on GitHub. We’d appreciate it if you can create a new GitHub issue for our developers. If you haven’t already, we also ask you to report the issue to the other plugin developer as well. https://github.com/Yoast/wordpress-seo/issues/new

    Thanks

Hello, Do you ask the same to YOUR premium CUSTOMER ? Go there and do that and check that…

Can’t you do it ? Why i have to do it ? You already have all the details

I’m a professionnal and i have no time to report again the same issue.

As a professionnal just check your plugin with all the details you have… then fix the issue for your (futur) PREMIUM customers.

    Best.

@mjjone Many times a bug with a plugin is related to the specific combination of plugins, themes, or server environment setting of a user, so yes we do also ask our premium customers to perform similar checks.

As for your request for a previous version of the plugin, if you wish to revert to a previous version of the plugin, ?you can do so by performing the following steps:
    ?

Once you have downloaded the version of the plugin you wish to revert to, you can then install it by performing a manual install/update to the plugin. We have instructions on how to install/update the plugin manually at the following link: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-can-i-update-my-free-plugin/#ftp. You will need an FTP program such as FileZilla and your FTP details, which can be obtained from your host provider.

Message from Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder author team

However, we did try to replicate this at our end and found that the Yoast SEO plugin is throwing a Console error that is preventing the Ultimate Addons to work like it is supposed to.

    Hi @mjjone,

We’re sorry for any frustration! The reason why this is a bit of a complicated issue is that this involves a plugin that we can’t test and one is not available in the WordPress plugin directory.

Unfortunately, this means that we’re not able to troubleshoot any further issues related to this plugin (or any commercial plugin) in this WordPress forum due to the forum guidelines. See Do Not Post About Commercial Products.

To find a solution, we’ll need someone with access to the plugin and the technical details about the error to file a GitHub bug report to start the process.

If the Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder plugin developer would like to file a bug report for you or to help our developers find a solution as part of the plugin’s support, you’re welcome to ask them to contact us directly at [email protected].

We have a guide with the information we need to take action on a bug report here: https://yoast.com/help/how-to-write-a-good-bug-report/.

    Sorry again for the inconvenience.
