Conflict between Account and domain

    Hello,

    I have been approved to use the content.ad plugin, and have the widget installed on my WordPress site. I have verified the API key, yet in my account it shows that I still need to install the widget on my site? I don’t understand what else I need to do, I have followed the WP Installation guidelines.

    Please advise, thanks!

    Andy,

    Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

    Did you activate the widget after installing it? If so, you should see a green check mark instead of a red X to the right of the widget on the plugin page.

    If that doesn’t help, can you tell us how you tried to add the widget to your site (below the post, in a WP widget, etc.)?
