    Good Day!

We are using both your plugin and MailPoet (a newsletter plugin).

Unfortunately, your plugin is using the email address we have set up in MailPoet rather than our WP Administrator’s email address when sending confirmation email messages to new registered users or users requesting a password reset.

For example, instead of using [email protected], your plugin is using [email protected].

In MailPoet, an email address can be set up by visiting:

MailPoet > Setttings > Basics > Default sender

Note: Prior to creating this topic, we made sure no other plugins are conflicting with either your plugin or MailPoet.

We would appreciate a fix for this issue.

    Thank you!

    Hi @weblizar,

Thank you for your quick response. Your latest plugin revision, V3.3.4, did not fix the issue.

We tested it with all of our plugins deactivated, except yours, MailPoet, and our theme’s core plugin.

Kindly review one more time and provide a fix.

    Again, thank you!

Your latest plugin revision, V3.3.5 (released today), did not fix this issue.

Please fix this at your earliest opportunity.

    Hi @weblizar,

Your latest plugin revision, V3.4.0, did not fix this issue.

We did some more digging, and it appears your plugin is using the same email sending service as the plugin, MailPoet. They are using: m2.sendingservice.net

So, based on the above, we probably need unique email DNS records for your plugin.

(Note: MailPoet provides unique email DNS records to their customers)

Specifically, the following email DNS records data:

    (1) Type (e.g., CNAME, TEXT)
    (2) Name or Host (e.g., [email protected])
    (3) Value

If not the above, then perhaps you can provide an alternate fix.

Since your plugin conflicts with the plugin, MailPoet, I would also like to recommend contacting them for assistance.

    Thank you!

    Hi @weblizar,

Any updates on this? Your latest plugin revision, V3.4.2, did not fix this issue.

Also, if you don’t mind, please provide a permanent fix for the issue listed here.
