Conflict Between Avada Theme & Wordfence

    Hello team, I have discovered a conflict between Wordfence and Avada Theme. Here’s what’s happening: If I navigate to Portfolio ? Category ? Edit ? Page Title Bar Background, enter an image URL and then SAVE. The page appears to have been saved successfully – no error messages. However, (with Wordfence activated) the background image URL is not saved/retained. When I disable Wordfence, the image URL is indeed saved as expected. Is that something you can look into? Thanks.

    Hi @markbignell,

    Can you try the saving the background image again with Learning Mode enabled and let me know what happens?

    From the Wordfence Dashboard click on Manage WAF. Then you will see Basic Firewall Options > Web Application Firewall Status. Change the option to Learning Mode. Now perform the actions that were causing issues. This will help Wordfence learn that these actions are normal and it will allow them in the future. After you have finished performing the actions, switch the WAF from Learning Mode back to Enabled and Protecting. Now test to see if these actions work correctly.
