Conflict between CFF and Popup Maker

    I am trying to make a popup with the plugin “Popup Maker” to get more mail subscribers.
    For that purpose I need to know the subscribers pregnancy dure date. Therefor I tried to get the “Pergnancy Calculator” to show up in a toggle in that plugin, but it does not show. Only the Head line show, not the form. And when I use the CFF bottom in the builder no one of the different forms are shown to choose from.

    The form works in my Theme Divi. It is show in another toggle at the bottom of my front page. So it is only in the plugin it does not work.

    I have already cloned the original “Pregnancy form – ID 4” so it is now “Calculated Field Form ID 8” that I am trying to get to work.

    Can you pls help me fix this?

    I’ve visited your web page and the form is there, please, look the screenshot below:

    However, if you’ve included a second form into a popup and it is not displayed, I recommend you to configure the plugin as follows:

    1. Go to the settings page of the plugin through the menu option: “Calculated Fields Form”

    2. Select the “Direct” option for the attribute: “Script load method”.

    3. And finally, press the “Update” button.
