    Hi @supportmarquedigitale,

Could you disable all integrations under Complianz – Integrations – Plugins.

And enable one by one, to see if it is my guess – Elementor..?

    regards Aert

To check if there is a PHP error, you could try the following:

    – install the WP Debugging plugin.
    – Visit the page with the issue
    – In the admin, to to the debug menu, and click “view file”. If you see any errors related to Complianz, please post them here. Then we can see what the problem is.

    Hello @aahulsebos,

All integrations in the plugin part are disabled by default. And the problem is still there. I tried to activate the extensions one by one and nothing changes unfortunately.

    Hi @supportmarquedigitale,

Would it be possible for you to attempt the debugging steps above provided by @rogierlankhorst, to see if there are any PHP errors that are potentially related to this behavior?

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Hello @rogierlankhorst

With the WP Debugging plugin, I can’t see, as you say, the “view file”. I only have access to the debugging constants.

    Hello @jarnovos,

Yes no problem after checking I saw the link “view file”, and no php error is visible here are the visible errors.

    Hi @supportmarquedigitale,

As https://marquedigitale.fr/portfolio/groupe-perraud?cmplz_safe_mode=1 seems to work, and now further errors are present. We think this is because of a regex issue in the cookie blocker itself.

This makes it a bit difficult, as we would need to see where the regex trips. We can try the following:

    1. PLease make sure all integrations are disabled under Complianz – Integrations, including the script center (disable all scripts).

Try again. If that doesn’t work the above is verified

    2. Could you check if this happens on all URLs related to this post type, so we can rule out an issue with the URLs?

    Try again.

    3. Duplicate https://marquedigitale.fr/portfolio/groupe-perraud/. e.g. https://marquedigitale.fr/portfolio/groupe-perraud-2/ and start stripping HTML one by one. If the page comes back online with the cookie blocker enabled (without safe mode). The last HTML element should be the culprit.

Unfortunately, there’s no other way in finding out what might cause this as we haven’t heard this before. Only thing I can think of is you’re blocking a script in the script center by URL, which is too broad: for example “portfolio”.

    Let me know, regards Aert

PS: Safe Mode is also available under Settings.

    Hello,

We have a problem on the Elementor side because the template does not load correctly.

I tried the first solution but nothing worked. And this on all the URLs.

We will try to fix this problem with the third solution and see if it works again with Complianz.

    Thanks for your help.

    Best regards

    Hi @supportmarquedigitale,

We haven’t heard from you in a while, is the issue resolved? We are happy to help you further.

    Kind regards, Kim van Dijk
