• Hello

Some of my sites use the XStore theme and also a plugin called Epic News Elements. Both use the Kirki Customizer Framework plugin. However, there is a conflict and they both use variable names that are the same. I was provided what was a temporary fix by them but they both refuse to redevelop their code to eliminate the conflict completely, so when Epic News Elements recently had an update, the conflict is re-introduced. Is there a way that your plugin will treat the variables named the same by different plugins and themes separately? It means that when I load the customizer it just hangs. The latest Chrome console errors include:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘params’)

    and

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘selector’) at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (customize.php:740:95) at e (load-scripts.php?c=1&load%5Bchunk_0%5D=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,regenerator-runtime,wp-polyfill,wp-hooks,underscore,customize-base,wp-dom-ready&ver=6.1.1:2:30038) at t (load-scripts.php?c=1&load%5Bchunk_0%5D=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,regenerator-runtime,wp-polyfill,wp-hooks,underscore,customize-base,wp-dom-ready&ver=6.1.1:2:30340)

Your advice would be helpful in overcoming this. I have multiple sites with both conflicting plugin and theme installed, so it would be quite expensive for me to have to start over with alternative products.

    Regards

    Robert

  • In the Customize tab, the options appear on the sidebar with the menus, but the preview is displayed without the website content. Hence I am unable to change any settings on the homepage.

My website used the theme Eleganto PROVersion: 1.6.0 By?Themes4WP.

The plugin is Kirki Customizer Framework Version 4.1.1?

    Website is indofrenchhub.com

    Please help !
