Conflict between wp-members and WooCommerce?

Hello – wondering if there may be a conflict with WooCommerce v2.1.2 (the most recent, although I detected this on earlier WC versions as well).

Here’s the scenario: on a clean installation of wordpress 3.8.1, with WC and wp-members loaded and activated (both with default settings). No other plugins loaded. TwentyThirteen theme loaded (but issue also occurs with others).

1. On wp-members: Take the default “fields” settings, then make any small change there, e.g. adjust the sort order so email appears right below First and Last name. Save the settings (you must save, else the issue may not appear).

2. Log out of any accounts.

3. Visit the product details for any product in the WC Shop area.

4. ISSUE: The Description section of the product page will now display all login/create new account fields, including all of the additional fields defined in the wp-members settings.

Any ideas what might be causing this? Or, do you think this may be an issue with WooCommerce instead? (If so, I’d be happy to post the issue over on their support page as well).
